To secure your sponsorship online, please complete the following information and upload your "camera ready" artwork (logo image). Form and images, as well as questions, can be sent via email to [email protected]. All Team (jersey) sponsors will need to confirm team availability with your Coach/Manager to ensure no duplication of sponsorship.
Team (Jersey) Sponsors must be submitted by Thursday, February 22 for them to go into production and be ready by Opening Day!
